Is it possible that there is some intersection of technology methods that would cause new management to bring both technologies under the same umbrella for patent protection?
When I bought in under the old management it was because of very impressive DD done by posters I knew and trusted. There may have been some management problems, but I highly doubt that the technology was fake.
