The only good news I can read into the recent PR is that Jeff and Gene are still currently part of the team. FWIW

Here are the words from the PR.

The executive consulting management team will now be in the hands of Jeffrey Landreth, Chief Executive Officer, Gene Johnson, Chief Financial Officer and Lisa Betros, Chief Operating Officer.
Tufan, if that isn't a direct statement that clearly says the name and the position of the people involved....I don't know how it could be any clearer.

Let's face it Tufan. Dean Bradley lied to me. He has lied to me over and over again about appointments, funding, and acquisitions.

You can't bend his words and make it look like anything other than a direct statement saying that they are the new CEO, CFO, and COO. It just doesn't get any more clear or direct than the above statement from the PR.

Ok Tufan I see the spin is wound up tight. Let me ask you this then:

Moving up to COO Lisa Betros said, "Having worked at Quasar for two years I have great confidence that the new group, together with its acquisitions will fulfill the potential in which we all believe."

Moving up to COO indicates a permanent position in the company. Being a consultant does not constitute a move up. No distinction is made between her position and the others. So did she move up or did she quit and become a consultant?

And no, you can't do both. That is a clear example of conflict of interest.

Keep trying Tufan. There are just too many holes to pick with this and the CURRENT CEO knew this.
