So you are certified that the two Apex guys are involved in this P&D scenario? They are risking they reputation & career for something Dean has....Money? Shares?
I'm just wondering why they should do this.

I believe he was contacted by the SEC to clean it up on the PRs. A little oil clean up stock made mention of BP in a few PRs and in a matter of a few weeks was shut down and suspended, and now trades on the greys. The SEC might not do much, but when there is this kind of manipulation and poorly worded PRs, the jump in pretty quick to protect the share holder. Only problem is the share holder gets screwed when it opens back up on the greys. IMO

I have to agree, that "none of this shit is a mistake", and I fully believe it has all been done intentionally, and more so over the past couple of months.

My take is that it isn't about selling shares, because it's clearly not enough money to risk going to jail for, and there are quite a few names involved here.

My thought, and is that it became about "hammering the PPS to a pulp", so that Mr. Bradley has the chance to eliminate almost all of the common shareholders. He gets his company back on the cheap, and then good things start to occur.

To do a RS or AS increase is pointless, but to hammer the shit out of this stock makes complete sense to the criminal style of mind, and this is exactly what we are seeing.

Eitherway, he will pay for it in the end, be it in this life or the next, but I would like to hope that this entire thing is legitimate and will work out for the good.
