Not at all. I posted just this morning that this is NOT a scam by definition. Dean may be a liar, manipulator, demented, deranged, or whatever, but this was not set up to bilk investors out of their money, which is what a scam requires. That being said, if Dean has orchestrated this whole thing to buy back shares and can still come up with the funding, he still needs to be locked up for his methodology.
