If they wanted out, they would have walked. This is a play by Dean to reassert his control. He filed the new SOS Monday replacing Lundquist and Betros on the BOD. He installed flunkies in their place. Dean's mismanagement is all over this, he needs to go. I respect what his vision was and the people he brought in, but then he refused them the chance to make this go. Ego or something got in the road.
