"Just think, CDIV called at .0007 and still sitting at .16 almost 18 months since the call. If it was such a bad stock, why haven't they taken her back to .0007 or anywhere close to that yet? She'll come back for those that are red."



That's one way to look at the price fluctuations in CDIV at this point in time. However, there were many who bought 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's because of their belief in commitment by others to support those prices.

From the point of view of someone who bought CDIV at those much higher prices, their observation might be: "Just think, I bought CDIV at 65 cents just a few months ago, and now it's worth 75% less. If it was such a good stock, why haven't they supported the price and taken her higher? She might keep dropping and those that are still in the green might end up in the red."

The interpretation of how "good" CDIV is going to be vastly different for someone who held from $0.0007 than it is for someone who bought it at 1000X that price. Especially if they bought it on the belief that others were committed to supporting its price.
