deniro1, I'm leaving it up, it's a testament to my belief that the homebuilders collapse is imminent. I feel at this point, I've developed a nice track record with posting my picks, so this should also add to my credibility and belief that the home-builders will collapse very shortly. They'll come down just as hard as they went up, if not 3x faster, as the emotions on the way down tend to be 3x as strong.
