Anyone who has had a conversation with the company knows that Roger Vogel was always in a interm role at that position. If you don't believe me call him and talk to him. Sure he was great for that position and took care of all of the responsibilities of that position but he was never to be the long term employee at that position. He was formly named to that position until they found a long term fit.

I currently don't know anything about the new hire but I imagine he is qualified and will be more dedicated to that role that any interm employee.
