On what basis would you expect this stock to move higher again? How it is at .04 is a miracle in and of itself.

I expected it to be at .02 or below long before now, guess I was wrong. But one thing is for certain, the company had listed a bunch of targets to have been completed by the end of last year of which none of them were achieved. Certainly there was no PR of filing indicating as much.

As for the fastest growing this or that, "I DON'T THINK SO".
