Correct—the quoted discount is presumably relative to Sanofi’s list price, not to the prior price actually paid by the VA.

Please, regarding the recent comments about the "VA" business, if you look at my original message on this subject, I referenced the "VHA" contract (not the VA). VHA is a large consortium of non-profit hospitals.

Just wanted to clarify some innocent mischaracterization.
