Yes, it's good to be careful when in Pinkland. However, I don't understand what the point of bringing up issues that are non-issues time and time again, even after the fact that they've already been answered with you acknowledging the fact that it's been answered.
They have a joint venture with EF.GU to distribute a few titles that they acquired together. Everything else is completely separate but there are a few titles that they set up under a separate company to split the profits on. It's all in the filings.

Empire Film Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EFGU - News) has announced the release of the Blu-Ray editions of the critically acclaimed Drama, "War Eagle, Arkansas" and the Comedy, "2 Dudes and a Dream". These Blu-Ray titles will be available in July and were both released on DVD in the first quarter of 2010.

You bring up the audited financials a lot. EP and FS said they should be out Sept. 9. It really needs to get out on or before that date otherwise the PPS is going to suffer again. What I don't understand is why you keep bringing up the joint venture with Empire Films? What is the use of bringing it up when it has already in fact been settled?
