Zeev, RMBS has a litigation ruling in their favor tonite. It was IFX motion to dismiss in VA. The motion was denied. It is not a big deal, though. RMBS could still lose on the merits.

Just looked at your road map. Have you checked it lately? Sure looks like the move down just started a bit early. Any chance of that at this point? I am kind of on hold here waiting and seeing. Your roadmap sure makes the case that the Nassacre, phasse 1 has begun.

By the way, any news on the bu$$ apart of the fact their technology is used with the "Cell" processor? That information has been known for quite some time, but the bu$$ is printing $18.20 here.
