Did you see their quarterly filing? They have no money whatsoever to do a "buy back" anytime soon.

What would the company use to buy back shares? At the end of last quarter they had $20,000 in cash and it takes about $5000 a day to keep the company going. Why do you think the shares on the float are going up every 4-6 weeks? The problem is that with shares so cheap they have to put that many more shares on the float to make ends meet.
