Just because it is down a certain percentage does not mean its a P&D, people these days use the P&D term so vigorously but many don't know the true meaning.
All stocks rise and then pullback to correct, this happens to every stock on every index - so going by your thought process every single stock on every index is a P&D, does that many any sense? No.
I'm all for thoughtful discussions as long as you provide backing to your thoughts and opinions. Just saying this or that is a P&D, I don't agree with.
