The same people (heartland institute & many others) spend billions of dollars AGAINST any and ALL regulations
... Plus they back legislators who are their puppets ..both at the state level and the fed. level ...
It isn't perfect, however, it is always more effective than NO regulation as the corporations, businesses prefer.
All citizens must join together in making government stronger than the corporate thieves .. as you stated ..Corporatism is a problem..I say it is an important step towards fascism.. as you know, fascism is the joining together of government and business ...citizens need to look at their reps/senators records and find out just who is pimping for the corporations and vote against them ..UNLESS ... the opponent is worse, in that case you work hard to find and finance a candidate who is not beholden to the crooks who have and are destroying the policies that made us the country that we once were. ..
