What is still not clear to me is which amount of shares that we need to take into account. I guess those available to the public (the float) right?
Outstanding Shares are stock currently held by investors, including restricted shares owned by the company's officers and insiders, as well as those held by the public. Shares that have been repurchased by the company are not considered outstanding stock.
So shouldn't we base us on the float (of which I cannot see a number anywhere)?
