Generic, I hear what you trying to imply. There is no evidence that Petro America prayed on any particular group or organization to participate in this investment. Maybe other people or con artist have, but there is nothing that shows Petro had any wrongful intent when offering this opportunity to the general public.

He did nothing but reassure investors that everything was okay. Most investors were so confident that they rolled over (reinvested) their investment dollars, back into his companies.

I found that part of your post disturbingly familiar.

There is a difference between a scam and a bad investment. If an investment was not well handled, or poorly managed, that doesn't make it a scam. The intent is the difference, and I don't believe there has been intent to take advantage of people or to befraud them.

I do know that on the net the minute something isn't working out as hoped, people cry scam, just because they do exist all too often.
I am more cautious with my accusations and assumptions.
