jfburk, I meant to send you this publicly and not privately. You can buy pinksheet stocks on margin. And if you get a margin call then you just need to come up with the necessary cash. And that can come from anywhere.
No one owned SRSR on margin, they owned other stocks in their account on margin and were likely forced to sell SRSR to cover their margin call that was caused by the marginable stocks they held in their account.
