The stock being stuck at these levels has nothing to do with fundamentals and everything to do with the amount of stock being traded by the fed.
Yes, the OS base is incredibly high and will have to be dealt with somehow, if this stock is ever to get back up to the $50-$60 levels it was at its highs. With this OS, it will be almost impossible to get back to anywhere near those levels.
I personally would not want to see C do an R/S. I would rather see them buy back shares with profits from time to time. I think that this action (coupled with good quarterly reports) would take the stock price back up to moderate price levels. It would take time to do this but everyones share amounts would remain unchanged.
