If not, they just declared war, as far as I'm concerned.
I know you think I've got an ego the size of Jupiter, but they've been utterly clueless about the art of war or online communities and one of the symptoms of that was laying me off nearly two years ago. Terminating our accounts is just another stupid, desperate act. Nothing more. They're "bigger", but they're toddlers when it comes to understanding what the heck it is they're supposed to be doing.
Personally, I'd find it more gratifying for them to destroy themselves than for them to rile me up enough to take 'em out. Heck, we've been sitting over here relatively quietly and mostly just letting the site and the community speak for themselves, and been winning "the war" that way.
They already don't have a prayer. The death of SI has been inevitable for a long time and most of the injuries have been self-inflicted.
