I really don't post there much anyway, and my last post (about 3 weeks ago) had nothing to do with either SI or iHub.
If it's not a technical glitch, and I'm banned, I'm sure a person or two will have a field day knowing I can't reply to what they say about me. hehe It's a dirty and predictable trick.
Matt, if we're banned, I'm 100% convinced Jeff had nothing to do with it. That's the kind of call one of his higher-ups would make. He's far smarter than that and probably isn't empowered to make that decision if he wanted to.
Either way, doesn't reflect well on them.
And I love thinking that someone at that company feels threatened. I'm not typically one for gloating, but if someone there feels threatened by iHub, they darned well *should* feel that way.
As sure as the sun will come up tomorrow, though, you can count on them to do almost exactly the opposite of what should be done to deal with such a "threat". The people really calling the shots there couldn't combine their knowledge of online communities to come up with just half a clue.
Edit: In my last post there, I spoke ill of InfoSpace.
