Just to help keep perspective:
APEX has always been on board. They have been the anchor from the beginning, and one of the primary reasons why the funding should never have been scoffed at as ridiculous, and this should never have been called a scam. The only thing that has changed is that progress has been made, and the public now knows some of what those close to the action have known for well over a year. The plan is moving forward. We're no longer on square one. How close are we to the next major step? I think VERY close.
Time alone will tell.
