As I sad a little while ago, these are not sales from longs because the sales are done in very small increments hitting bids to scare others into selling-If these sales were from the private placement you would see bigger lots go by and you would have seen them out a long time ago-Hedge funds and private placement people sell en masses-They do not dribble stock out over long peruiods of time-If they were selling they are long gone-This stuff is pure MM manipulation-Also, at the Conference call, Frank assured me the private placement people are still holding-Now that is his word which I choose to believe-

Thank you for getting it!! I was pissed when I first realized that shares were being issued at the same time they were being retired and far below market value at that. I knew at that point no matter how bullish I remained on the company the PPS was going to slide as a result. It forced me to sell or watch my account slide with it.

And yes no one held Frank accountable clearing the path for it to happen again.
