absolutely no filings to date have had to do with hglc other than the fact prth sold them a dirty shell

the mining business were obviously validated and the sec did not pursue the mining business. however, the sec did pursue and win against prime time group

when the sec says hglc is not listable (don't know if this is a word or not) on a higher exchange, then hglc will be dead
