(Pinksheets:WNRC - News) is pleased to announce the broadcast of the Azteca America network for the Reno and Carson City markets on KRRI-25. Ngensolutions LLC entered into an agreement whereby Channel KRRI-25 would be an affiliate for Azteca America in the Reno and Carson City markets. Ngensolutions, which signed a LOI to be acquired by WENR, launched the network broadcast locally.
Ngensolutions will sell advertising in the Reno market through its existing sales force located in Reno, Nevada. Ngensolutions is in the process of negotiating with Charter Communications, the local cable company in the Reno area, to distribute KRRI-25 on the "Basic-Plus" line-up. This will generate carriage fees and advertising to WENR through Ngensolutions.
KRRI-25 is owned and licensed to Ngensolutions LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. WENR Corporation signed a letter of intent to acquire Ngensolutions. The Company expects to close on Ngensolutions in August. The Board of Directors approved the purchase of Ngensolutions during its meeting on June 21st.

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - 08/16/10) - Ngensolutions LLC announced today of its plans to conduct a test on its fiber optic transmission link with Charter Communications. The testing is scheduled for today, Monday August 16th, which is expected to be completed within 24 hours. Charter requires these tests before it will enter into a final agreement with Ngensolutions. The integrity tests are to verify the fiber optics transmission link of Channel KRRI-25 from Ngensolution's broadcast facility to the Charter's "head end" facility in Reno, Nevada.
