Right now we know there is a deal in the works that MBB cannot talk about. That's all we know. There has been healthy specuation (including my own : Laidlaw is buying CPD) but it is just speculation. Generally speaking, a lack of info leads to more selling than buying.
We know something is going on but we don't know what.
