Thanks, OS. I don't have any interest in arguing the methods Shayne has employed all these years to construct the illusion of a viable company.

To promote the idea that everything is fine simply because it's allowed is ludicrous.

If that were so, there'd be no need for enforcement procedures.

Thanks for your response Our Street. In my opinion, and with BZTG in particular, since this company has traded for a few years, rule 10b-5 has not been applied. Thats really the bottom line, regardless of any interpretation as to why. Lying as you state, only being opinion, not fact then.

BZTG trading looking strong so far today.
