If Bush had taken the time to read the intelligence report BEFORE 9-11, things would look very different today. Being lazy cost our country over a trillion dollars and many, many lives in 2 countries.
At least he didn't spend al lhis time blaming Clinton for the recession which started on his watch..Bush mentioned it before he was elected and said no more about Clinton..He just got the job done..
