Damn straight! We were supposed to kill Bin Laden, get our revenge, teach them a lesson and take advantage of the olive branches from our other adversaries. America was very well respected and influential at the time we were attacked. Bush/Cheney changed that dynamic. They even see the way the Right treats President Obama when he tries to strengthen relation worldwise. That's why Obama's approval rating is so high in the rest of the world.
