Dean Bradley steps down as CEO/President of Quasar International Holdings, Inc. and announces the appointment of a new management team.

Dean Bradley said, "I am delighted to announce the appointment of a new management team, with immediate effect.

It was in the recently released PR. I added in the "mis" portion based on past events and the fact that the guy who has mismanaged it so far has appointed the new team. I can only infer that things will continue as before until proven otherwise.
