I hope lawsuits are pending. No reason to absorb this BS. Surely the marketing company has to be forced to accept some of this liablity since they were hired in good faith. At least I hope they were. I would rather see the company just holding thier own than falsely pumping up profit just to fall as hard as this. Did anyone in customer relations( if they have such a department ) not get a clue and relay the problem so that they could put an end to it? Anyone talk to Paul yet? What does he have to say?
Geeze, I have told some of my friends how optomistic I was about this company and the stock. I hope no one bought them on my advise.
