You may not be getting an answer because most people went to other online brokers when TD Ameritrade and Scottrade restricted HESG back in Dec. 2009. On 3/11/2010 Scottrade started trading it again but most people do not want to patronize a company that restricts stocks for no identifiable reason. I switched to Etrade for this reason and would recommend going with them. I believe you must call on the phone to buy at the present moment. Hope this helps.
