The problem as I see it is that in order for investors to know what is going on they have to hear from XCHO. IMO reading the tea leaves from these reports is not enough. We are still in the dark blindly groping for answers to simple questions.

I posit that investors are still deeply in the dark about the future because of Frank's stone walling. I have already complained about the cryptic nature of the last report and the lack of a follow up investor conference call.

What further disturbs me is the fact that the latest promised Ad campaign does not appear to be materializing. Frank made a PR about it, yet most people have not seen the Ads. Some public clarification is in order. Just where are the Ads and what is going on? What can investors reasonably expect to see in terms of the Ad program and what are the expected results therof?

From my POV it seems that every time Frank makes a promise, he fails to follow through. All he has to do is speak to us and clarify things. I do not know what the man is afraid of, but I do know that every day that he does not come forward is another day that investor confidence in him declines and more and more people are confused.

To give an example of the right way to do things, Ray Leonard, the CEO of HDY, a tiny company that has made great progress - but which is by no means free and clear of all hurdles that it needs to overcome for its stock price to rise - holds periodic investor conference calls in which he makes a statement about the status of the company, answers all questions presubmitted on the web and then answers questions one by one on the phone until the call is complete.

This policy makes all the difference in the world to me. I know who I am dealing with and have an understanding about what is going on in the company.

All we have here are guessing games brough upon by what I believe to be a CEO who for whatever reason appears to not be up to the task.

So I wait and wait until I hopefully hear something from Frank that will give me the confidence to buy and hold the stock. To me that is a better plan than to be in business with someone who is not acting in an upfront manner and leaves me in the dark.
