BetweenUnemployment

I have read and respect your opinion and thoughts. I am in jail and get one post a day so I will not be able to respond to your posts. Your comment about the FDIC "NOT" being able too or going to amend the purchase contract, I say bull....The FDIC can do whatever they want. That is why we are in this situation we are in right now. They will spin, twist and manipulate this ordeal anyway they want too because they were hoodwinked by Jamie Dimon and they currently hold the hammer. Our hope is, and it is going this way, that they will get into a pissing contest over this and start throwing eachother under the bus and we can find more illegalities performed during the time they colluded to take down Washington Mutual.

Kudos for your patience and for sharing your point of view against the grain! Your POV is interesting because it seems to clear to you in your posts. But taking your advice, and no offense, I am in the particularly bad position of being ignorant of these procedures as well as you, but just cannot buy what you are saying.....yet.

I still wonder what the FDIC is gaining. Those "specific types of post execution settling" seems both broad and specific. They (the FDIC) wishes this "door" to remain open for SOME reason. I will take another look at the P&A to see where it delineates "certain, limited actions" because that is the crux of the discussion IMO.

To conclude the post, I agree...we will have to wait to see how this plays out.

Good luck to ALL WAMUQ & WAMPQ longs!
