Hi SL, If it went to R&D then their books are wrong because the 2Q says practically nothing went to R&D. That is the mystery, I think it was 102K for the whole Q. Doing that from memory, you can double check that. On head count what I read was 4 to 11 or 7 people, again from memory.
This is hard to understand in terms if where the money is being spent. I know of a hi-tech firm that had 50 USA employees and made a profit at $5 mill a year in rev. Their average fully loaded cost was about $85k per employee. It was in a lower cost Midwest location, but the point is NPHC is spending more than that with an average head count under 10. If we call it 10 their fully loaded cost per employee is about $500k. So where all that money is going is not easy to explain. Their 10Q says it is not R&D.
BTW SL Brown started this board, has done a great deal of work and research helping other XCHO and NPHC investors and has an excellent background in marketing. I consider him a friend and he is always civil. So am just discussing facts with him here, and always pay attention to his observations.
