He's a penny-grubbing pink sheet CEO, bar none!

There are several "members" that helped him propagate his hamstrung strategy of selling, none other than, worthless WNBD securities!

Buy-backs, Lowes "imminent", DRTV launches...you name it. Eric's a low life penny-stock "soft" scammer!

How did he earn his $7,000 today?
($630,000 Quarter-over-Quarter deficit divided by 90 days = $7,000)

Oh yeah, he sent a "Dear Moderators" message to be posted on several message boards! People gave "Rave Reviews"!

Hey Drew it clearly states a few sentences below that:

"No promise is being made that the firm will be in a position to do this. It is an illustration that if/when the company is successful to its plan, there is a mechanism favoured by management to diminish the outstanding share count in future to offset the earlier growth in the number of outstanding shares during the early stages of the company’s capitalization."

Did you not finish reading the whole statement?

Can he really be promising to do something as you claim when only two sentences after he's claiming that "no promise is being made?"
