The only point I was making is that they do have a way out of their contract and I agree this would not be a wise move imo, but it would provide them an option to opt out, is all I was saying.
BTW - We also wouldn't be discussing this if XCHO had followed through with their promotional plan that they laid out for Rik. I wholeheartedly believe that they both share responsibility for this situation and I just get tired of all the finger pointing in one direction or the other. We need to move forward and end this discussion in regards to who is to blame.
The good news is that this all out in the open and both companies know where they stand and now there has to be a concentrated effort to get Cobroxin promoted correctly for the rest of this year.
Nobody to date has yet to confirm they saw a Cobroxin TV ad on the networks listed and I find that very concerning!
