I don't see that there is much encouragement to buy more stocks at this time. I have felt no such encouragement at all myself. I don't see a lot of people getting misled in this way, either.

Generic, oversimplifying;

Whether it be Restricted Securities, cash or anything; can you solicit people by mail, electronic device, et al saying things like this;

Some figures for you. You can buy for one cent, the book value with the opinion letter from the accounting firm $ 24.00 per share First completed audit value $279 Billion divided by 12 billion issues shares = market value $ 24.00 per share.
The auditors are going over Petro's assets for a 2nd time to ensure everything is correct. The first audit came to $279 Billion in assets not including the over 20 goldmines and the 180 oil and gas wells and leases.

If they do not have $279 Billion in assets plus all the gold and oil? You cannot say the auditors made a mistake.
