#4438 RE: rexhampton #4437

I hit send to quickly...(my apologies)- Cobraman is alluding to something that is very important. The best way for us to start extracting this value is likely to put a new man at the helm. Someone a little more sexy (metaphorically) with experience running a publicly traded company.

Frank will still be the largest shareholder and Chairman.
Food for thought.

Rex, agree with your points and thanks for the kind words too. Rik is a likeable and smart guy, but his PR made him look good for one week before the 10Q #s came out. Now he is worse off than if he did not try and blame someone else.

The contract is so clear am thinking this will be resolved if it has not already been.

Cheers

Are you serious? NPHC has already signed on HENRY SCHEIN and two other distributors in Mexico and Columbia. NPHC could very easily discontinue Cobroxin and leave Frank whistling in the wind. NPHC has other pipeline drugs that would be of interest by bigger pharma companies. Why would NPHC ever sell the patent on Cobroxin to XCHO if they are in a disagreement, just is ridiculous in my book. XCHO does not own the shelf space at all, they are renting it and at any time the retailer can drop them. You need to do some homework and wake up from your dreaming! cheers!
