The first audit came to $279 Billion in assets not including the over 20 goldmines and the 180 oil and gas wells and leases.

Waaaaiiiiiiit....WHAT????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Then what the F&%$ are these supposed assets based upon? I thought it was nearly all gold and oil.

The reason for the 2nd audit is the disbelief that Petro has that large of asset base. It will be the largest in history to enter the market

No rational, objective, SANE person would believe this. And yet there are people that still believe the argument about Petro being "asset rich, but cash poor". Geez.

There is a conferece call every thurday eventing to keep us informed of the progress of the company. they are so close to the IPO date. Some figures for you. You can buy for one cent, the book value with the opinion letter from the accounting firm $ 24.00 per share

I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE to see this. Does anybody have this? Would this be the letter Kingent referred to? IPO? Please.

nodummy, thank you for posting that;

If that E-mail does not shine light on this farce, then some will never see the forest through the trees.

Let us look beyond the spelling, syntax and grammar errors; if all of that was true, any bank would lend them cash. There would be no need to re-sell Restricted Securities in varying state jurisdictions.

The fact that some and not all had access to this accounting info adds a wonderful dimension to this.

Coke a Cola does not operate through 3rd party E-mails.

Good luck.
