Relax shareholders. This news is being spun by Jon Edwards as a terrible thing. Merely a consolidation , probably by funders for tax purposes. Will have NO detrimental effect on LLEG shareholders and is actually a positive move forward. Obviously further proof that LLEG and cohorts are feeling more positive that the permit compliance is firmly in place.
