I understand very very well. I am the CEO and chairman of the board of a so cal corp. I have done several start-ups and launched several sub companys. Its a LOT of extra work. Right now they need to focus on getting the company going and growing. Filing would do zero good if the company can't get off the ground. We are at the running flapping the wings stage.. not flying.. yet. Reporting to the IRS is totally different.. we have no choice.
