I'm inclined to think more along the lines of what mazzula is saying: Be happy with .004 as support for now. It held above a penny for a long time and stayed above .055 pretty well too. That's the only thing (barring any solid news) that is making this run from the bounce.

Personally, I'd like to NOT see any news about anything until something is firmly in place and easily and indisputably verifiable.

Mr. Bradley needs to keep silent until then since annunciating any good intentions on funding has only led to false hopes and disastrous consequences.
