I agree that there is a definite need to be careful with this transaction and to get the patent issue ironed out in writing, whether it's transfer or license.

It took mere minutes for several investors to research CET.
Now you mean to tell me that this company doesn't have the same ability? You mean people have invested thousands of dollars in a company whose CEO is this ignorant?
Who else have we dealt with recently who had a bad track record, and ended up swindling QAI just like he did other companies?? Hmmm...who was that???
Like it or not CEO's are defined by the people that surround them. They can choose to surround themselves with scape goats, flunkies and fall guys or they can surround themselves with people that have integrity and follow thru with what they say, track record's easily decipher the difference. IMO
