The CEO of Quasar International Holdings, Inc., Dean Bradley, announces that it has closed the acquisition of CET Corporation, a Florida corporation. CET is the first of four acquisitions to be made which will provide the nucleus of our Automotive Group.
It is estimated that CET will add approximately $5.6 million in revenue in the first twelve months with an EBITDA of $700,000. The cap basicly is LESS than the revenues alone from the Read bold above.lol.Stock is dirt Cheap Imo.
