I report what is told to me by ARSC Transfer Agent and it is no secret and is public information. I can share that information with whoever and when ever i please because, for now, this country is free and information can be shared freely. Go to the ARSC website and they supply the contact information to TA so investors are able to find out the share structure etc. I never asked it to be stickied and i assumed that it was verified by the person who stickied. At least that is what I would do before sticking that information.
