but if you want my true honest opinion, it will depend what you want to do with it
for long term I really believe that you will be ahead of game buying in KATX because there are free divy of KATG coming and RR and Cabot
a lot of action but could be long
as I said before 2 months
KATX became long play
if you want quicker flip then I believe you might get a better chance in KATG
this is my prediction
