#2642 RE: Ten4 #2640

That is the question I asked to Knowhow, how can the CEO of WT fire an executive director and chairman of the board? Mr. Brock has the power to fire the CEO and the rest of the battery team. (Look it up on wiki). See my other post. This makes no sense at all. Brock is chairman of the board of WT. If Brock wanted to give himself and you a million shares of WT stock as a gift, he can do it because he is chairman of the board. Someone please explain to me and correct me if Wiki is wrong. The chairmans job is to make sure the CEO is doing his job not the other way around.

This is not a sand lot base ball game where you can say I don't like the way you are playing so I'm taking my ball and going home now... Brock has a responsibility to the company and its share holders. Share holders that he took money from to start up this public company. Now he surrendered to the CEO that fired him so easily. I'm surprised he surrendered so fast. I'm surprised he didn't grow a pair and stood up like a Marine and protected his rights as founder, owner, inventor and chairman of the board of his own company. BS.
