Notice that it states the filing of this notification grants issuers 5 additional CALENDAR days to post quarterly reports. Seeing as this filing is dated 8/12/2010 and the anticipated filing date is 8/20/2010, 8 calendar days, will this pose any kind of problem with our standings? i.e. caveat emptor, etc?
