I wouldn't be surprised if naked shorting is taking place. IF it is, then any news of significance (FUNDING IN THE BANK) will make the shorts squeal even more.

This stock is wound up in so many ways.

LOW PRICE - LOCKED FLOAT
BUYBACK - SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED O/S
SHORTING - POTENTIAL HUGE SHORT SQUEEZE
10 ACQUISITIONS - PR CAMPAIGN

If funding does happen, this stock is going to rocket like no other. I'm not selling any until it hits $0.25.
